Your teacher, Elise Batt

Meditating since the age of 21, this technique has been Elise's superpower through corporate jobs, starting and selling businesses, personal challenges and the many highs and celebrations of life. It has brought more calm, clarity and creativity to her life, supercharged her efficiency and problem solving ability, melted away irrelevancy and revealed unlimited access to inner joy.

Elise has a natural ability to relate to people of all ages, stages and backgrounds and brings her bubbly, warm and compassionate nature to every interaction with her students.

Her teaching is fun, practical and relatable.

She has completed the gold-standard of Vedic Meditation teacher training, culminating in three months intensive training in the foothills of the Indian Himalayas. Trained by Maharishi Vyasanand Saraswati, Thom Knoles, the pre-eminent authority of Vedic Meditation, and blessed to teach by the supreme authority of the Vedic tradition,Shri Shri 1008 Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Giri.

Elise is based in Auckland and teaches in-person courses regularly in both Auckland and Christchurch.
